• Ship the packages on time, 99% of the products will be shipped within 24h (Monday-Friday) if purchased before 5am (Amsterdam time zone).
• Originality and quality of the products.
• Anonymous packaging, we will not advertise, your customers will remain your customers.
• We are committed to shipping worldwide. BUT with limitations for some countries, in which we do not assume responsibility. 

 

 

DROPPAZY.COM is not responsible for:

• Any problems with platforms outside of Droppazy.com - Example we are not responsible for removals/complaints of products on Marketplaces where you will list the products for any reason.
• We are not responsible for negative feedback received from customers or complaints.
• We are not responsible for products arriving late on the marketplaces, if they do not exceed the shipping limit that you can find in our shipping policy. Example: If in our policy a product arrives within 30 working days, we are not responsible if your customer opens a complaint after less than 30 days.
• For broken or non-working products, we offer refund only through the evidence (photos and videos), we don't offer refund for products without these proofs. - See Refund policy
• We do not offer refund for shipments without tracking number.
• Shipping: we are not responsible for packages stuck at customs, or shipments that are returned to us or that customers do not receive, in some countries of the world (where we ship BUT at your own risk)
• Out of stock products: We are not responsible if at the time of your sale the product is out of stock, we understand that when you listed the product in your store it was available but maybe someone else bought them at that time.
  We recommend that you always keep an eye on our inventory.

 

DROPPAZY.COM takes the right to decide whether to remove the dropshipping service to customers who do not respect our rules.
