the UAXXXXXX (Withouth Tracking Shipping) tracking number, is a tracking that on the eBay platform almost always works for customers residing in the United States, setting the Cyprus Post shipment.
For all other customers 99% of the time it doesn't work, because it is only tracked within national borders (Cyprus).
In any event, we are NEVER responsible for delays or lost packages via this shipping method.

the RQXXXXXXX (tracked shipping) tracking number, is a tracking that works everywhere, of which we can offer a refund in case of goods not arrived.
